Frequently Asked Questions for Cold Steel 4-Max Scout 4" AUS10A Black/Black Folding Knife 62RQBKBK **Not for use on electroplated
How can I check whether a seller-provided guarantee applies to the purchase?
Ask for clarification when the listing and written terms seem inconsistent. Do not assume a submitted request has been accepted before receiving a decision.
How can I describe the timing of an order issue accurately?
Separate an estimated deadline from an actual completion event. Check whether automated messages arrived later than the underlying action.
What should I clarify when I need a purchase by a particular date?
Check whether an action from you must be completed before the process begins. Avoid leaving an essential requirement hidden in an unrelated message.
